When booking with Divesport, the following rules apply:
- A booking can be made up to 90 days in advance of the activity date.
- Bookings can be completed through our website at https://divesport.in.
- For confirmed online bookings, an advance payment is required at the time of booking, based on the estimated total cost of the activity.

Zero Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy. Once a trip is confirmed and payment is processed, no monetary refunds will be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Change in personal plans
- Illness or medical issues
- Weather disruptions
- Late arrivals or no-shows
- Activity or trip cancellation by the customer
This policy is essential due to non-recoverable advance payments made to our hospitality and transport partners.
Trip Voucher Policy (Subject to Approval)
In rare and valid cases, we may offer a Trip Voucher of the remaining amount after deducting hotel and fixed service costs. This voucher can be used for a future trip under the following terms:
- Request must be made at least 48 hours before the original travel date.
- Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Valid for rescheduling only, not for cash redemption.
- Final approval will rest with our management and be shared in writing.
Pickup & Drop Policy
- Group/Public Bookings: Pickup and drop are arranged from landmark locations within 200–300 meters of the hotel for ease of coordination.
- Private Sightseeing or Individual Transfers: Pickup and drop will be provided directly from/to the hotel entrance including railway station and airport transfers.
Sea Activities – No Refund Policy
All sea activities (Scuba Diving, Watersports Combos, Island Trips) are non-refundable, regardless of:
- Weather conditions
- Cancellations by customer
- Sea sickness or fear
Once booked, the slot is confirmed and cannot be canceled for refund.
Weather Disruptions & Rescheduling
- All outdoor and water-based activities are subject to weather clearance and local authority approval.
- In case of bad weather or official cancellation, we allow date rescheduling only.
- No refunds are applicable for weather-based delays or cancellations.
Important Notes
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers.
- No compensation will be given for voluntary exclusion from activities or delayed arrivals.
- Re-attempts of activities (e.g., additional watersports rounds) are chargeable extra.
Refund Processing Time
In exceptional scenarios where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
Important Note:
In case of an emergency, you can change your trip date. To do so, you must notify us at least two days prior to your scheduled trip date.
Please be sure of your booking, as your advance payment reserves your seat for the activity. If you do not show up on the trip date, your seat will remain empty, resulting in a loss for us.
